About US
I’m Johnny Sotelo, owner of SM Brothers Landscape Inc. I am a second-generation licensed contractor specializing in custom and elaborate exterior construction projects. I love project management, supervising the precise execution of our projects, and problem solving. Combine that with my OCD and love for construction, and it’s the perfect recipe for a successful construction business.
SM Brothers Landscape offers execution of elaborate exterior projects. We specialize in the construction of custom high-end residential projects through collaborations with local designers and architects who specialize in developing thoughtful designs. As second generation contractors, SM Brothers Landscape brings quality craftsmanship, expertise, and decades of experience to every project.

Recently finished up a job with Johnny and team at SMB Brothers, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of the finished concrete. From the time of the quote, to contract signing, all the way through demo, and the new pour – this team was professional, courteous, highly responsive to questions, and knowledgeable. They were able to fit some project perfectly between unexpected rain storms, and also managed a subcontractor for some fence work we needed at the same time. And added bonus was their familiarity with water drainage, and they provided us with some long term recommendations that we very much appreciated. While they were not the lowest quote received, their experience and familiarity with the materials and techniques necessary to achieve our goals is what convinced us this was the right team. I only wish we had worked with them sooner!
